From Hwy 12 on the southern coast of NC use the Ferry Service and Hwy 12 to get to Nags Head. At the US 64 intersection head west to Roanoke Island. Continue to Manteo. We are on the main highway.

From I-95 at Rocky Mount, NC take US 64 east to Manteo.

From Virginia, traveling south on route 168, follow the signs to Nags Head/Manteo. Route 168 merges into US158 at Barco, North Carolina. Follow US158 south to the the Wright Memorial Bridge which connects the mainland to the Outer Banks. Continue south on US158 for 16 miles after which the highway will become US64. This will take you across two bridges and directly onto Roanoke Island. Continue about two miles on US-64. After the bridge coming in from Nags Head, turn right at the 2nd light onto 64/264 into Manteo.
